1. Shipping to the UK
We deliver our handcrafted shoulder rests directly from our European workshop to musicians across the United Kingdom.

Customs, VAT & Duties: Due to Brexit regulations, orders to the UK are subject to import VAT (20%) and potential customs duties. These charges, along with a courier handling fee, are not included in our price and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
2. 30-Day Evaluation Period
We want you to be completely satisfied with your sound. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to test the EFEL support on your instrument.
- Full Product Refund: We will refund the purchase price of the product if returned within 30 days.
- Returns: Original shipping fees, customs duties, and import taxes are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs to our workshop in Czechia.
- Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
3. 5-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty
We stand behind our craftsmanship. Purchases include a 5-Year Limited Warranty covering all structural parts and soldering integrity.
