Order Handling & Processing

  • Handling Time: 1–3 business days (Mon-Fri).

  • Transit Time (USA): 8–12 business days (Mon-Fri).

  • Transit Time (EU): 3–10 business days (Mon-Fri).

USA Shipping (DDP – All-Inclusive) We offer a seamless experience for our US customers.

  • No Surprise Fees: All orders to the USA are sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).

  • The 20% price adjustment for the US market covers all import duties, customs clearance, and administrative fees. The price you see at checkout is final.

International Shipping

  • Flat Rate Shipping: $10 USD.

  • Tracking: All orders are fully tracked. You will receive a tracking link via email upon dispatch.

  • Rest of World: For non-US/non-EU orders, the customer is responsible for any local duties or taxes.
