🇺🇸 United States — No Customs Fees: All orders to the USA are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means all import duties and customs fees are covered — you will not be charged anything extra upon delivery.

🌍 Rest of World — Customs & Duties: Orders shipped outside the EU and USA may be subject to local customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping fee.

2. 30-Day Evaluation Period

We want you to be completely satisfied with your sound. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to test the EFEL support on your instrument.

Full Product Refund: We will refund the full purchase price of the product if returned within 30 days.
The Fine Print: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs to our workshop.
Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

3. 5-Year Manufacturer's Warranty

We stand behind our craftsmanship. Purchases made directly from this store include a 5-Year Limited Warranty covering all structural parts and soldering integrity.
