3. Pricing and Payment

All prices listed on the website are final. Shipping costs are added during the checkout process based on your location. We accept payments via major credit cards and PayPal.

4. Delivery and Customs

We ship worldwide from our workshop in the Czech Republic (EU). For US-based customers: EFEL handles all customs formalities and duties to ensure a seamless delivery. For other non-EU countries, customers may be responsible for local import taxes depending on their national laws.

5. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

We offer an extended 30-day return policy. You have the right to return the product within 30 days of delivery without giving any reason. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping is covered by the customer.

6. Warranty

When purchasing directly from this official store, we provide a 5-year limited warranty on the structural integrity and craftsmanship of our supports. This warranty does not cover standard wear and tear of rubber parts or damage caused by improper use.
